Booking your Wedding Films with Rosie, Videographer

THE PROCESS

Enquire via the online booking form. You will then be sent a Brochure to have a look through.

I will then check that I have your date available. If I do, I will let you know via email within 24h.. This could go to your Junk/Spam folder, so please double check those folders if you are waiting for a reply from me.
If I am not available on your date, I will reply to your email with my personal Videographer recommendations.

We can then organise a call, or if you are happy to go straight ahead, I will send you a 'Quote' with your package details on. When you have checked it over, accept the quote, and it will generate the Contract and Booking Fee details.

Once you have signed the Contract, and Once your £200 booking fee has been received, your wedding date will be officially secured and your wedding videography coverage is reserved exclusively for you.

Once your booking is confirmed, I'll send over all the details and then leave you to enjoy the excitement of planning your wedding day.

Around four weeks before your wedding, I'll be back in touch with your final balance invoice and a short questionnaire designed to help me understand all the important details, special moments, and people that matter most to you.

If you'd prefer a more personal touch, we can also arrange a video or phone call around three weeks before your wedding. This gives us the opportunity to chat through your plans, timeline, and vision for the day, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and that your story is captured beautifully.
